The annual general meeting of the Bharat Vikas Parishad's main branch in Surat was successfully held. The chief guest was Subhash Dhawan, an industrialist and chairman of Bharat Bharti, while the special guest was Professor Kiran Pandya from a public university.
The main speakers included Dharmeshbhai Shah, the president of the Gujarat South Province, and Pradyumnbhai Jariwala, the province treasurer. Branch president Bhavesh Oja welcomed all guests and members, sharing the activities and experiences of the past year. Branch secretary Kirit Pandya presented detailed information on various service activities conducted during the year, while treasurer Srinivas Sutrave provided a report on income and expenditure.
The election process was conducted by province vice president Dilipbhai Chashmavala as the election commissioner, who praised Bhavesh Oja's tenure and declared him unanimously re-elected as president. The new executive committee includes Kirit Pandya as secretary and Vishal Bakshi as treasurer. District coordinator Vipulbhai Jariwala honored Kum.
