BJP Officials Honor Padma Shri Awardees in Surat

SURAT - In a significant gathering organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Surat, senior party leaders convened to recognize the contributions of notable Padma Shri awardees, Yajdibhai Karanjia and Mathurbhai Sawani.

The event marked the successful completion of nine years under BJP leadership, during which an array of social welfare initiatives and public interest work was implemented. In tribute to this milestone, a book delineating these achievements was presented to the Padma Shri personalities.

In the presence of Gujarat State BJP President and Member of Parliament, C.R. Patil, and the Minister of State for Home Affairs of Gujarat State, Harshbhai Sanghvi, both awardees were felicitated. This gesture underscored their significant contributions to society and the inspirational role they play in the state of Gujarat.

Also in attendance at the event were a host of other influential figures, including Surat City BJP President Niranjanbhai Zanjmera, State Minister Mukeshbhai Patel, Mayor Hemaliben Boghavala, City General Secretary Kadubhai Bhimnath, and several Members of Legislative Assembly, among other officials and city office bearers.
