Samrat Chaudhary Becomes Bihar's Chief Minister, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, and Nitish Kumar Extend Congratulations
Samrat Chaudhary has been congratulated by former Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on taking oath as the 24th Chief Minister of Bihar. Nitish Kumar expressed his best wishes to Samrat Chaudhary and hoped for rapid development in Bihar under his leadership.
He mentioned on the social media platform X that he extends heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Samrat Chaudhary on taking oath as the new Chief Minister of Bihar. He expressed confidence that under Chaudhary's leadership, Bihar would develop rapidly and join the ranks of the most developed states in the country. Additionally, Union Home Minister Amit Shah congratulated Samrat Chaudhary on taking the oath of office, wishing him success as the first Chief Minister from the Bharatiya Janata Party in Bihar.
He expressed confidence that the NDA, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar, would continue to serve the people of Bihar with renewed vigor under Chaudhary's leadership, contributing to a safe and developed Bihar. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh congratulated Samrat Chaudhary and the newly sworn-in Deputy Chief Ministers Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and Bijendra Prasad Yadav, describing the new NDA team in Bihar as a blend of energy and experience. He stated that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this government would meet the expectations of the people of Bihar and elevate the state's development to new heights.
Union Minister for Highways and Transport Nitin Gadkari also extended heartfelt congratulations to Samrat Chaudhary and the Deputy Chief Ministers on their oath-taking, expressing confidence that Bihar would become more prosperous and reach new heights of development under their leadership. It is noteworthy that a new government has been formed in Bihar following Nitish Kumar's resignation, with Samrat Chaudhary taking the oath as Chief Minister. Governor Syed Ata Hasnain administered the oath of office to him, while JDU leaders Bijendra Yadav and Vijay Kumar Chaudhary took the oath as Deputy Chief Ministers.
