Preparation for the sequel of 'Queen' intensifies, 'Queen Forever' may be the new title
After the success of 'Queen' released in 2014, significant news has emerged regarding its sequel. The second part of this popular film starring actress Kangana Ranaut is set to go on the floor soon.
Reports suggest that the title 'Queen Forever' is being considered for the film, and preparations are underway to finalize it. The producers believe that this name aligns with the film's theme, and an official announcement may be made soon. According to sources, the sequel will be produced by Amit Chandra of Trigger Happy Entertainment.
In this film, Kangana's popular character 'Rani' will be seen exploring various cities in India instead of traveling abroad. The story will be based on a new chapter of self-discovery, where Rani's journey will once again bring a significant change to her personality. Previously, this banner also produced Farhan Akhtar's film '120 Baadshah'.
It is noteworthy that 'Queen' featured important roles by Rajkummar Rao and Lisa Haydon. The film was produced by Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap of Phantom Films in collaboration with Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.
The film received tremendous appreciation from both audiences and critics, and Kangana Ranaut was honored with the National Film Award for her performance. The film also performed exceptionally well at the box office, earning ₹61 crores.
