Surat: Marwari Yuva Manch Initiates New Scheme for Women's Empowerment

In Surat, the Marwari Yuva Manch Surat Jagriti branch has launched a commendable initiative under women's empowerment. A financial assistance of ₹21,000 has been provided to a police station to start a small shop for women's upliftment, enabling them to become self-reliant.

Along with this initiative, the branch has also started a home industry scheme. Under this scheme, women will create products such as artificial jewelry, resin art, torans, aarti plates, and cloth bags by hand. The sale of these products will be supervised by female police officers, and all income generated will be directly given to the respective women.

The aim of this scheme is to make women economically strong and to promote self-reliance. The branch president Sunita Khetan, founder Prerna Bhauwala, and members Sapna Kheradi, Garima Jain, and Sunita Sarawagi have made significant contributions to the success of this noble work. The organization expressed gratitude to all those who contributed and participated in this initiative, stating that such social work will continue in the future.
