Surat: Celebrating Birthday Through Service, Jignesh Patil Distributed Aid Materials to Patients and the Disabled
Jignesh Patil, President of Youth for Gujarat, celebrated his birthday by organizing a special program for patients and the disabled at New Civil Hospital in Surat. As in previous years, he presented an inspiring example of service.
During the event, 19 tricycles, 50 walkers, and 50 crutches were distributed. Additionally, a wheelchair was given to a disabled woman, and sarees were presented to 51 female staff members from nursing and physiotherapy colleges. On April 2, World Autism Awareness Day, educational kits, footballs, toys, and large useful toys for the hospital were also provided to autistic and special children.
Jignesh Patil expressed that seeing smiles on the faces of patients and disabled children is the greatest gift for him on his birthday. He emphasized that service is an essential part of life and helping those in need brings true happiness. The event was attended by notable figures including Iqbal Kadiwala, social worker Chhotubhai Patil, In-charge Superintendent Dr.
Parul Vadgama, RMO Dr. Lakshman Tahalani, Dr. Bharat Patel, and several others.
Speakers described this initiative as inspiring for society, stating that such service activities provide direct help to those in need and send a positive message to the community. It is noteworthy that Jignesh Patil and his team have been actively involved in blood donation, assisting needy patients, and supporting the education of underprivileged children. Their organization has also played a significant role in providing help during various disasters, including the COVID-19 pandemic.
