New Delhi, 04 December: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said that he presented a copy of the Bhagavad Gita in the Russian language to Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit to India.
As per agency report, the Prime Minister shared that the teachings of the Gita continue to inspire millions of people across the world. The gesture was made during a dinner hosted for President Putin at the Prime Minister’s residence at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg.
President Putin arrived in New Delhi earlier in the day for a two-day visit, during which the two leaders engaged in discussions and participated in official engagements.
