Mumbai, September 5 – Bollywood icons Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan may appear in cameo roles in the upcoming film Don 3, directed by Farhan Akhtar and starring Ranveer Singh in the lead.
Farhan Akhtar previously directed Shah Rukh Khan in Don (2006) and Don 2 (2011), both of which were based on the 1978 classic Don, where Amitabh Bachchan originally played the iconic role. Shah Rukh’s version was a modern retelling of Bachchan’s legendary performance.
As per agency report, discussions are underway with both Amitabh and Shah Rukh regarding special appearances in Don 3. While nothing has been officially confirmed, sources suggest that if all goes according to plan, both stars could share screen space with Ranveer Singh in the film.
The possibility of bringing together three generations of the Don franchise has generated excitement among fans and industry insiders alike.
