Amazon India Launches At-Home Diagnostic Services in Six Major Cities

New Delhi, 22 June – Amazon India announced the launch of its at-home diagnostic service, Amazon Diagnostics, on Sunday, marking a significant expansion of its healthcare offerings. The new service allows customers to book lab tests, schedule appointments, and receive digital reports directly through the Amazon app, making healthcare more accessible and convenient.

As per agency report, the diagnostics service is being rolled out in collaboration with Orange Health Labs and is initially available across more than 450 pin codes in six major cities—Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. With this launch, Amazon strengthens its foothold in the healthcare sector by integrating its diagnostics, pharmacy, and clinic services under the unified brand "Amazon Medical."

Building upon its existing pharmacy and clinic services, the company aims to offer a more comprehensive and seamless healthcare experience. Through Amazon Pharmacy, customers can access a wide range of medications and healthcare essentials. Additionally, both Prime and non-Prime members benefit from free telemedicine consultations and delivery perks. Amazon Clinic complements this by enabling users to consult licensed physicians for primary healthcare needs through a smooth digital interface.

The newly launched Amazon Diagnostics service promises over 800 diagnostic tests and facilitates home sample collection within 60 minutes of booking. This initiative is part of Amazon’s broader strategy to offer tech-enabled, on-demand healthcare solutions that prioritize speed, convenience, and accessibility for Indian consumers.
