SURAT, — An incident involving the collision of a city bus and a private bus in Kapodra has resulted in a significant disruption to the local traffic flow. The altercation between the drivers, witnessed by a large crowd, escalated into a physical confrontation, adding to the chaos.
The incident occurred when both buses were navigating through the busy Hirabagh Circle. The private bus, operated by Apagiga Travels, allegedly collided with the city bus, causing substantial damage, including a shattered front windshield. The clash between the buses quickly turned into a heated argument between the drivers, eventually escalating to a physical altercation.
Upon reporting the incident to the city bus coordinator, the Surat Municipal Corporation has initiated the process of filing a complaint against the private bus driver at the Kapodra police station.
The collision and subsequent driver brawl caused both buses to block the road, leading to a substantial traffic jam at the bustling Hirabagh Circle.
