Providing details about the market committee, treasurer Alok Luniya informed Loktej that the management team includes President Dayal Swami, Secretary Durga Parihar, and a total of nine active members who oversee the smooth functioning of the market.

Speaking to Loktej, Alok Luniya, who also owns Maharani Saree, shared that he has been involved in the saree business for the past 21 years, with a customer base spread across almost all Indian states. He operates both offline and online channels. Acknowledging the impact of the growing garments trend on saree sales, he noted that sarees continue to be the first choice for women on festive and traditional occasions.

Secretary Durga Ram Parihar, owner of Riddhi Siddhi, stated that he has been in the business for 25 years and mainly trades with clients in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. His shop specializes in affordable sarees ranging from ₹150 to ₹300, making traditional attire accessible to a broad customer base.

Market President Dayal Swami, who runs Govind Textile, mentioned that he has been active in the Surat textile trade for the last three years.
