Patna, May 30 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi met young cricket sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi on Friday during his visit to Bihar. Suryavanshi, who recently made headlines by becoming the youngest player to score a century in the Indian Premier League (IPL), hails from Samastipur district in Bihar and turned 14 in March this year.
As per agency report, the meeting took place at the Patna airport, where the Prime Minister was welcomed for his two-day tour of the state. Photographs of the encounter were shared by the Prime Minister on his official social media handle, capturing the moment he interacted with the promising athlete and his family.
During the brief exchange, Prime Minister Modi acknowledged the young cricketer’s rising fame and lauded his cricketing skills, which have earned admiration from across the country.
