Tom Cruise’s Film "Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning" to Release in India on May 17
New Delhi, April 25 – Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise’s much-awaited film "Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning" will be released in Indian cinemas on May 17, six days after its premiere in the United States. Paramount Pictures India announced the release date on Friday.
The eighth and final installment of the iconic "Mission: Impossible" series, the film features Cruise reprising his beloved role as secret agent Ethan Hunt. As per agency report, "Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning" will be released in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu across theatres in India.
Paramount Pictures India shared the update on social media, confirming that the movie would arrive earlier than previously scheduled for Indian audiences, offering them the cinematic experience in multiple languages.
The film is set to have its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival on May 14. Tom Cruise has portrayed the character of Ethan Hunt since the franchise’s inception with the original "Mission: Impossible" film in 1996.
Joining Cruise in "Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning" are actors Hayley Atwell, Esai Morales, Henry Czerny, Simon Pegg, Pom Klementieff, and Vanessa Kirby. The movie has been directed by Christopher McQuarrie and is presented by Paramount Pictures and Skydance.
