Adhatia Kapada Association Surat Election Postponed as 11 Members Elected Unopposed
Surat, April 19 – The upcoming election of the Adhatia Kapada Association Surat has been officially postponed after 11 candidates were elected unopposed. Chief Election Officer Bajranglal Gadodia and Assistant Election Officer Girish Mittal confirmed that a total of 13 nominations had initially been received for the election. However, one candidate withdrew on April 14, followed by Subhash Jain withdrawing his nomination on Saturday, April 19.
With only 11 candidates remaining and the number of posts also fixed at 11, the need for an election no longer existed. Consequently, the election that was scheduled to take place on April 26 will not be held. All 11 candidates have been declared elected unopposed.
The newly elected members of the Adhatia Kapada Association Surat include Prahlad Kumar Agrawal, Mahesh Chand Jain, Jhabarmal Goyal, Ghanshyam Das Bansal, Jai Prakash Agrawal, Rajeev Omar, Ajay Agrawal, Sudarshan Matanhelia, Ratan Kumar Agrawal, Rajeev Gupta, and Kedar Nath Agrawal.
