New Delhi, April 18 — The results for the second session of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 will be declared by April 19, according to officials from the National Testing Agency (NTA). The final answer key was released on the official website on Friday afternoon.
As per agency report, a senior NTA official stated that the final answer key for JEE (Main) 2025 Session 2 has been made available for download on April 18. The results will follow and are expected to be published by April 19.
The examination was conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8 across various centers nationwide. The NTA had received numerous objections from candidates pointing out errors in the provisional answer key released earlier. In response, the agency urged candidates at the beginning of the week to refrain from drawing conclusions until the final key was published.
JEE (Main) serves as a gateway to undergraduate engineering programs in institutes like NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs). It is also a qualifying test for JEE Advanced, which leads to admissions in the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
