Surat: In a heartfelt gesture embodying the spirit of service and dedication, the Lions Club of Surat Crystal donated a 100-litre capacity water cooler to Gurukul Vidyapeeth Kanya Vidyalaya, located on Sumul Dairy Road in Katargam. This initiative aims to ensure access to clean and chilled drinking water for the school’s girl students, especially during the peak summer season.
The donation ceremony commenced with the divine blessings of Swamiji, adding spiritual sanctity to the noble cause. District Governor (E) Lion Mona Desai graced the event as the chief guest and delivered an inspiring message that further strengthened the attendees' commitment to service.
The school principal, Mrs. Tripti Ma’am, extended heartfelt gratitude to the Lions Club for their thoughtful contribution. She acknowledged the donation as a meaningful step towards enhancing the health and well-being of the students.
The ceremony was also attended by Club President Lion Nisha Tater, Lion Rekha Agarwal, Lion Mansa Bachhawat, and Lion Shikha Bafna, whose presence added dignity and warmth to the occasion.
