Surat, April 11, 2025 — A unique blend of devotion, innovation, and spiritual awareness came alive in Surat as the Social Army Group organized a three-day Shrimad Bhagavad Gita course from April 9 to 11 at Sardar Smriti Bhavan, Varachha. The highlight of the event was the introduction of a Western-style kirtan presentation, marking a first-of-its-kind initiative in Gita discourse in the city.
Renowned speaker Paras Pandhi delivered profound interpretations of the Gita's verses, making their philosophical depth accessible and relevant to everyday life. Complementing his discourse, acclaimed devotional singer Urvashiben Radadia mesmerized the audience with soulful kirtans performed in Western musical style. Her fusion performance immersed the hall in a vibrant devotional atmosphere, creating a spiritual experience that resonated deeply with listeners.
The event saw the presence of prominent industrialist and philanthropist Govind Kaka Dholakia, founder of Shree Ramkrishna Exports, along with representatives from various social organizations and hundreds of Krishna devotees.
