Vadodara – Under the leadership of District Collector Dr. Anil Dhamelia, the Vadodara District Child Protection Unit, in collaboration with the Alembic CSR Foundation’s Specialized Adoption Agency, has facilitated the adoption of a three-and-a-half-year-old boy by a couple from Ahmedabad.
As per agency report, the adoption order was issued in accordance with the provisions of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 and the Adoption Regulations, 2022. The child has been legally adopted by Niravbhai Patel and Ushaben Patel, residents of Ahmedabad.
Present at the official handover were Resident Additional Collector B.S. Patel, District Child Protection Officer Amit Vasava, Protection Officer Jitendra Meharia, and Jagritiben Goswami, Manager and Coordinator of the Alembic CSR Foundation. The event marked a significant moment in ensuring the child’s right to family care and security under legal frameworks.
