Surat, March 26 – UCO Bank's Zonal Office in Surat successfully organized the third edition of its 'MSME, Agriculture, and Resource Carnival' on March 26, 2025. The event aimed to create awareness about various banking schemes and provide financial assistance to local entrepreneurs and farmers.
As per report, the event was graced by UCO Bank General Manager Ashutosh Sundaram as the chief guest. Other dignitaries present included Gemini Solanki (APM, DRDA), Ashish Desai (MIS, Surat District DRDA), and Zonal Head Neeraj Daporkar. Several customers and beneficiaries from various branches across Surat city also participated, particularly those who have availed MSME and agricultural loans from the bank.
During his address, General Manager Sundaram shared in-depth insights about UCO Bank’s financial schemes targeted at the MSME and agriculture sectors. He highlighted the importance of inclusive financial growth and how the bank’s tailored solutions are designed to empower entrepreneurs and farmers alike.
At the conclusion of the program, loan sanction letters were distributed to selected customers under MSME and agriculture categories. These letters signify approved financial support, helping recipients progress in their business and agricultural activities.
The carnival not only served as a platform to promote awareness of financial schemes but also opened up new opportunities for customers to explore and benefit from the bank’s services.
