Mumbai, March 22 : Bollywood fans are in for a treat as Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi are all set to share screen space in the much-anticipated courtroom drama ‘Jolly LLB 3’. The film, directed by Subhash Kapoor, will hit theatres on September 19, 2025.
The original film ‘Jolly LLB’ was released in 2013, with Arshad Warsi playing the lead role of a struggling lawyer. Its critical and commercial success led to a sequel in 2017, where Akshay Kumar took over as the lead character. Now, for the first time, both actors will appear together in the third installment of the franchise.
As per agency report, ‘Jolly LLB 3’ is being touted as the biggest film in the series, with the courtroom showdown between the two Jollys — Akshay Kumar as Jolly Mishra and Arshad Warsi as Jolly Tyagi — expected to bring both drama and humor to the big screen.
Alongside Akshay and Arshad, veteran actor Saurabh Shukla, who has been a prominent part of the franchise as a witty and sharp judge, will return in an important role. Actress Huma Qureshi is also part of the cast.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the release date on social media, noting that Viacom18 Studios has officially locked in September 19, 2025, for the film’s theatrical release. The film is expected to deliver a gripping courtroom drama filled with sharp dialogues, legal satire, and high-voltage performances.
With both stars known for their impeccable comic timing and acting prowess, ‘Jolly LLB 3’ is shaping up to be one of the most eagerly awaited releases of the year.
