GUJCET 2025 to Be Held on March 23 Across 95 Centres in Surat
Surat, March 21 – The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar, will conduct the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 on Sunday, March 23. In preparation for the examination, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Resident Additional Collector Vijay Rabari to ensure smooth execution of the event.
In Surat city and district, a total of 19,067 students will appear for the GUJCET 2025 examination across 95 centers and 955 blocks. This includes 10,668 male students and 8,399 female students. According to official data, 10,143 students from Gujarati medium, 8,634 from English medium, and 290 from Hindi medium have registered for the test.
The distribution of candidates across groups includes 9,229 students from Group A, 9,776 from Group B, and 62 from Group AB.
On the examination day, Paper-1 (Physics and Chemistry), Paper-2 (Biology), and Paper-3 (Mathematics) will be conducted sequentially. Resident Additional Collector Vijay Rabari provided guidance to exam center supervisors and invigilators during the meeting.
As per agency report, Rabari instructed the staff to ensure that the examination is conducted as per regulations, on time, and in a transparent manner. He emphasized the importance of creating a stress-free and conducive environment for students at all exam centers.
