Scholar English Academy, located on Dumas Road, organized its Annual Sports Meet on Wednesday, March 18, showcasing a significant milestone in students’ sporting journeys. In a competitive and spirited event, Vayu House emerged victorious, defeating Jal, Dhara, and Agni House across all sports categories to claim the prestigious Principal’s Trophy for the year.
The media coordinator Sunil Maheshwari shared that the event commenced with students carrying a ceremonial torch across the field, symbolizing their enthusiasm and dedication. Chief guest Naval Rathi lit the torch and took the salute during the march past. Managing trustee Rajesh Maheshwari formally inaugurated the sports meet, in the presence of parents, teachers, and distinguished guests.
Addressing the gathering, Managing Trustee Rajesh Maheshwari emphasized that Scholar English Academy is committed to providing an environment that ensures the holistic development of students. Principal Mahendra Tayade lauded the students' hard work and the dedication of the teachers in making the event a success. The sports meet was organized under the guidance of physical education instructors Ashwin Sarang, Sumit Gorkha, and Kiran Rathore, while the event was conducted by Srishti Kapadia and Sharad Agarwal.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Sheetal Kasat and Jitendra Rathi, expressing gratitude to all the guests, participants, and organizers who contributed to making the event a grand success.
