Lucknow, March 18 – Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with the Lucknow Super Giants team members, including team owner Sanjiv Goenka and captain Rishabh Pant, on Monday ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season, which is set to begin on March 22.

According to an official statement issued by the state government, CM Adityanath extended his best wishes to the players, coaching staff, and senior management, commending their dedication and efforts in preparation for the tournament. He particularly appreciated the team’s impressive performance in the previous season, describing Lucknow Super Giants as a symbol of talent, discipline, and sportsmanship.
