Katrina Kaif Participates in ‘Sarpa Samskara’ Ritual at Kukke Sri Subramanya Temple
Mangaluru, March 11 – Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif visited the Kukke Sri Subramanya Temple in Karnataka’s Dakshina Kannada district on Tuesday to perform a special ritual.
As per agency report, Katrina arrived at the temple with a few friends to participate in the Sarpa Samskara ritual, a two-day prayer ceremony that will conclude on Wednesday afternoon. The temple administration confirmed her presence and stated that she was observing the ritual, which is typically performed as a form of atonement for the unintentional death of a serpent (Naga Devata), either on one's property or by one's ancestors.
The ritual is conducted in two phases, spanning approximately four to five hours each day. Katrina is expected to remain at the temple’s VIP guest house and will complete the ceremony by Wednesday afternoon around 2 PM. Her visit has drawn significant attention, with devotees and temple officials noting her devotion to the spiritual practice.
