On April 25, 2023, the SSIP (Student Startup and Innovation Policy) cell of Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology (SCET) partnered with the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) - SCET to host an inspiring event called "Elevator Pitch". Coordinated by Professors Dipali Kasat, Pranav Lapsiwala, Utpal Pandya, and Aniket Tandel, the event aimed to foster entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and innovation among students.

Expert adjudicators, Mr. Sanjay Punjabi, Founder and President at TiE, and Ms. Nimisha Parekh, Henna Artist and Co-founder of MehndiCultr LLP, provided valuable insights and guidance to the participants. The primary objective of the event was to raise student awareness of current technology advancements, encouraging them to consider pressing issues, innovate, and present their ideas.

Ms. Parekh inspired students with her innovative contributions to the field of mehndi, along with her words of encouragement. The event proved to be an effective platform for students to develop and showcase new ideologies, improve presentation and leadership skills, and more.

As creative thinking and innovation are crucial in today's technology-driven world, the Elevator Pitch event empowered SCET students to explore their entrepreneurial potential and enhance their creative abilities. The engaging atmosphere helped them to learn about startups and acquire knowledge with ease and enthusiasm.
