Mother Arrested for Killing Daughter in a Fit of Rage, Police Dispel Rape Suspicions
Surat, India - A heartbreaking and shocking revelation has come to light in the investigation into the death of a five-year-old disabled girl from a laborer's family in Fatakwadi, Surat Chowkbazar police station area. Initially, police suspected the possibility of rape and murder, but following a postmortem and further investigation, it was determined that the girl was not molested but killed by her own mother in a fit of anger.
Late last night, police began investigating the suspicious death of the young girl in Vedrod area of Surat. The presence of injury marks on her body, including her genitals, led authorities to believe that she may have been raped. However, as the investigation continued, the police uncovered a devastating truth: the disabled girl had been murdered by her own mother.
During police interrogations, the girl's mother confessed to killing her daughter in a fit of rage. The postmortem examination conducted at Navi Civil Hospital and a panel PM supported the confession and ruled out any sexual assault. The mother, Bilkisbanu, has been arrested, and further legal action is underway.
