New Delhi, February 3 – Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has sold her luxury apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for ₹22.50 crore, marking a 61% increase in its value since she purchased it in March 2020 for ₹14 crore.
According to real estate advisory firm Square Yards, which reviewed the property registration documents, the apartment is located in 81-Aureate, a premium residential project by MJ Shah Group. The development is spread across 4.48 acres and features high-end 4BHK apartments. Sonakshi’s recently sold unit has a carpet area of approximately 4,211 square feet and a built-up area of around 4,632 square feet.
The transaction involved the payment of ₹1.35 crore in stamp duty and a registration fee of ₹30,000. The sale reflects a significant price appreciation since its purchase, showcasing the growing demand for luxury real estate in Mumbai.
Interestingly, despite this sale, Sonakshi still owns another apartment in the same project, indicating her continued investment in Mumbai’s high-value real estate market.
