According to an officer from the Amboli Police Station, Jaiswal was riding his motorcycle when a truck hit him. The accident occurred in the busy Jogeshwari area, leaving the actor critically injured.

Jaiswal was rushed to Cama Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
