Six Killed Due to Suffocation in a House Fire in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir
Jammu, December 18 (Language) – In a tragic incident, six people, including two children, died of suffocation after a house caught fire in Shiv Nagar, Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. Four others were hospitalized, officials confirmed.
The fire broke out late at night while the occupants were asleep, causing the house to fill with smoke.

The incident occurred around 2:30 am on Tuesday night. Local residents noticed the fire and rushed to the spot to help. The victims were transported to Government Medical College Hospital, Kathua, where six people, including two minors, were declared dead.
