Going beyond traditional event aggregator models, EventBazaar.com aims to offer a marketplace that connects users with vendors, making event planning easier and more efficient. It caters to all event types – from social and corporate gatherings to religious and milestone celebrations, encompassing 135+ business categories.

Whether it is finding the perfect venue, sound system, catering or decorators for a corporate event, or arranging an intimate birthday party, the platform enables customers to compare vendors, access reviews and make informed decisions, and that too at no additional cost.

The vendor onboarding for the platform also officially commenced on Tuesday. A grand launch for the platform is scheduled for February 12.

EventBazaar.com offers a host of options for vendors too, who can choose between free, pro and premium plans, with an annual subscription with nominal fees.

“Vendors do not have to pay anything else. There is no revenue sharing involved. Moreover, vendors also receive dedicated space on the portal where they can showcase their offerings and services,” Mr. Shah said further.

EventBazaar.com also provide access to the latest event trends, educational videos and ideas for events. Sarthi, an AI-powered robot, helps users plan events, while the “Event Genie” provides professional online guidance and answers user queries for a nominal fee.
