**Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala Tie the Knot in Grand Traditional Telugu Wedding**
In a grand ceremony held on December 4, 2024, at Hyderabad's Annapurna Studios, renowned actors Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala tied the knot, blending tradition with cinematic legacy. The event was attended by close family and friends, marking a significant union in the Telugu film industry.
The couple's engagement took place earlier this year on August 8 in Hyderabad, following two years of dating. Their wedding ceremony adhered to traditional Telugu Brahmin customs, featuring elaborate rituals that spanned approximately eight hours.
Sobhita Dhulipala, acclaimed for her roles in films like "Goodachari" and the series "Made in Heaven," looked resplendent in a traditional Kanjivaram silk saree, complemented by gold jewelry and floral adornments. Naga Chaitanya, known for his performances in "Ye Maaya Chesave" and "Majili," honored his family's heritage by donning traditional attire reminiscent of his grandfather, the legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
Nagarjuna Akkineni, father of the groom and a prominent figure in Telugu cinema, expressed his joy on social media, stating, "Seeing Sobhita and Chaitanya embark on this beautiful journey together is a very special and emotional moment for me. Welcome to the family, dear Sobhita."
The wedding was a private affair, with around 300 guests in attendance, reflecting the couple's preference for an intimate celebration. Despite earlier speculations, there were no arrangements for OTT streaming of the event, maintaining the personal nature of the occasion.
This union marks a new chapter for both actors, who continue to make significant contributions to Indian cinema. Their marriage not only brings together two talented individuals but also signifies a harmonious blend of their personal and professional lives.
