New Delhi, December 2 - Actor Vikrant Massey, known for his stellar performances in films like 12th Fail and Sector 26, has hinted at stepping away from acting temporarily to focus on his family responsibilities. In a heartfelt note shared on Instagram, the 37-year-old actor expressed gratitude for the love and support he has received from his fans and acknowledged the need to prioritize his role as a husband, father, and son.

Massey’s latest release, The Sabarmati Report, hit theaters on November 15.

Sharing his thoughts on Instagram, Massey wrote, "I thank all of you for your unwavering support. However, as life moves forward, I’ve realized it’s time to embrace my responsibilities as a husband, a father, and a son, and return home."

Massey is married to actress Sheetal Thakur, and the couple welcomed their son in February this year.

The actor further stated, "I will see you all one last time in 2025... when the timing feels right for a return. Two final films and countless memories over the years. Thank you once again... I will always be indebted to you all."

Massey’s announcement has left fans emotional but supportive of his decision, reflecting the deep connection he has built with audiences through his impactful performances.
