Diwali Box Office Battle: 'Singham Again' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' Rake in Crores Despite Slight Dip
Both Blockbusters Cross 100 Crore Mark Amidst High Audience Demand, Competition Intensifies at the Box Office
Mumbai – This Diwali season, Bollywood’s big-budget sequels 'Singham Again' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' hit the theatres, sparking a box office battle as eager fans filled cinemas. Since their release on November 1, both films have seen enthusiastic responses, often resulting in packed theaters and “House Full” boards.
Both films, featuring Ajay Devgn in 'Singham Again' and Kartik Aaryan in 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3,' made an impressive opening, amassing crores within the first few days. The long Diwali weekend contributed significantly to their success, with three consecutive days of celebrations drawing large crowds. However, box office reports reveal a dip in collections post-weekend as the films moved into the week.
After the initial weekend, both films crossed the 100 crore milestone. 'Singham Again' surged ahead slightly, amassing 150 crore by the fifth day, while 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' stood close behind at 137 crore. On the sixth day, the trend of close competition continued, with 'Singham Again' earning 10.25 crore and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' close by at 10.50 crore.
The two films remain neck-and-neck in earnings, drawing comparisons as both fans and critics keep a close eye on the next box office results in this high-stakes Diwali showdown.
