GPSSB Chairman Warns Against Dummy Candidates, Ensures Confidentiality for Informers
Gujarat: The deadline to submit consent forms for the Talati Recruitment Exam has passed, with over 8.65 lakh candidates having completed the process. GPSSB Chairman Hasmukh Patel announced that in the near future, only those who have filled out the consent form will be able to download their call letters. Patel also clarified that exam fees would not be refunded to those who failed to submit their consent forms, and expressed gratitude to candidates for accepting the new system.
Regarding the issue of dummy candidates, Hasmukh Patel warned that immediate action would be taken against any individual found engaging in misconduct. He encouraged anyone with information about dummy candidates in previous exams to share those details with him, assuring that the informer's identity would be kept confidential.
The deadline for submitting consent forms was April 20, and candidates who failed to do so will not be allowed to take the exam. Patel clarified that there is no need to bring the consent form to the exam center, as arrangements have been made for call letters to be downloaded 7 to 8 days in advance. The number of candidates who submitted consent forms will be taken into account when organizing exam arrangements.
