Ahmedabad, October 10  – Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel expressed his deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences on the demise of Padma Vibhushan awardee and Tata Group chairman, Ratan Tata. In his message, Patel described Ratan Tata's passing as a profound loss for the nation, stating that India has lost a true gem whose contributions to the country can never be replaced.

The Chief Minister highlighted how Ratan Tata brought pride to the nation in the global industrial sector. He remarked, "As we mourn his passing, I offer my deepest condolences and heartfelt tribute." CM Patel traveled to Mumbai on Thursday morning to pay his respects. At the National Centre for Performing Arts in Nariman Point, Mumbai, where Ratan Tata's mortal remains were kept for public homage, CM Patel offered his final respects and paid tribute to the departed industrial icon.
