PM Narendra Modi Concludes Successful US Visit, Departs for India

New York, 24 September: Prime Minister Narendra Modi departed for New Delhi on Monday after concluding a successful and impactful visit to the United States. Indian Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal confirmed Modi’s departure via an X post, stating, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for New Delhi after completing a successful and fruitful visit to the US.”

During his three-day stay, Prime Minister Modi engaged in key meetings, including with leaders of the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD) member countries and addressed the United Nations General Assembly’s 'Summit of the Future.' In the backdrop of global conflicts such as the Israel-Hamas war and the Ukraine crisis, PM Modi emphasized that the success of humanity lies in collective strength, not on the battlefield. He further stressed the importance of reforming global institutions to ensure peace and development.

PM Modi also held a bilateral meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in New York, marking their second meeting in a month. Reflecting on the discussions, Modi wrote on X, "Met President Zelenskyy in New York. We are committed to implementing the outcomes of my recent visit to Ukraine to further strengthen our bilateral ties."

Additionally, the Prime Minister addressed the Indian community during his US visit, strengthening ties with the diaspora.
