Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar Arrives in Ahmedabad for RE-Invest Summit 2024

Ahmedabad : Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar arrived in Ahmedabad on Wednesday to participate in the RE-Invest Summit 2024 (Renewable Energy Investors). At the Ahmedabad airport, he was warmly received by Gujarat Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel.

The Vice President will be attending the closing ceremony of the RE-Invest Summit 2024, organized by the central government to promote investment in renewable energy. The event aims to gather key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector to explore new opportunities and initiatives.

Upon his arrival, in addition to the Governor and Chief Minister, Vice President Dhankhar was welcomed by several prominent officials, including Gujarat’s Protocol Minister Jagdish Vishwakarma, Ahmedabad Mayor Pratibhaben Jain, Chief Secretary Raj Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary of the General Administration Department Kamal Dayani, Ahmedabad Police Commissioner G.S. Malik, Ahmedabad District Collector Praveena DK, and Deputy Chief Protocol Officer Sanket Singh, along with other senior officers.

The Vice President's visit marks a significant event in Gujarat’s efforts to promote renewable energy investments and further India's commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
