Mumbai: Kareena Kapoor Khan's latest film, The Buckingham Murders, has cast a spell on audiences, garnering an impressive net box office collection of ₹8.82 crores. The mystery thriller, which has received rave reviews for its engaging storyline and Kapoor’s stellar performance, opened strong and continues to hold steady at the box office.

The film, lauded for its intense climax and gripping narrative, earned ₹1.62 crores on its opening day. It saw a remarkable 90% surge on Saturday, collecting ₹2.41 crores. By Sunday, the film had earned ₹2.72 crores, followed by ₹1.06 crores on Monday and ₹1.01 crores on Tuesday, bringing the total collection to ₹8.82 crores.

The Buckingham Murders was released in theaters on September 13, 2024, and features a star-studded cast, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the film is co-written by Asim Arora, Kashyap Kapoor, and Raghav Raj Kakker. Produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta R Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor Khan in her debut as a producer, the film is a presentation of Mahana Films and TBM Films, with the involvement of Balaji Telefilms.
