Surat: Three individuals have been arrested in connection with the robbery and fatal stabbing of an artisan in Surat's Sachin area. The suspects, who were seen riding a bike during the incident, were apprehended by the police after CCTV footage of the crime emerged.
The attack took place at Sachin Hojiwala Industrial last night, where the three suspects stabbed the victim following a mobile phone robbery. Sachin police immediately filed charges of robbery and murder, and swiftly moved to apprehend the trio.
One of the suspects, Satyamsingh alias Golu Radheshyamsingh, was arrested by Pandesara police, who also recovered a bike, knife, and the stolen mobile phone from his possession. The other two suspects, Vikas alias Saurabh Vijay Pratap Chaturvedi and Rohit Achhelal Yadav, were apprehended by Vapi Railway Police while attempting to travel to Mumbai by train.
Following the successful arrest of all three suspects, Sachin Police have initiated legal proceedings against the accused. The swift action by the authorities serves as a testament to the efficiency and collaboration of law enforcement agencies in the region.
