Paris- India's account has opened in the medal tally of the Paris Olympics 2024. Star shooter Manu Bhaker has created history by winning the bronze medal in the women's 10m air pistol event on Sunday. The 22-year-old shooter secured third place in the final with a score of 221.7, becoming the first Indian woman to win an Olympic medal in shooting.
The gold and silver medals in the event were claimed by South Korean shooters. Oh Ye Jin won the gold with a score of 243.2, and Kim Yeji took the silver with a score of 241.3.
