Budget to lay foundation stone of dream of developed India: PM

New Delhi, July 23 (HS): Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented her seventh consecutive budget in Parliament today. This budget prepares the outline of developed India by 2047.

The middle class of the country has the highest expectations from this budget. There are indications that Finance Minister Sitharaman may announce steps to promote micro, small and medium enterprises. On the eve of the budget, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "This is an important budget of Amritkaal. This budget will determine the direction of the journey of the five years that we have. It will also lay the foundation for fulfilling the dream of a developed India in 2047.
