Union Budget for FY 2024-25 to be Presented on July 23

New Delhi : The Union Budget for the financial year 2024-25 will be presented in Parliament on July 23. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will deliver her budget speech in the Lok Sabha at 11 am, marking her seventh consecutive budget presentation.

The Ministry of Finance has indicated that the budget preparation process for the Union Budget 2024-25 is in its final stages. Real-time updates on the budget will be available on the Finance Ministry's X handle, Facebook, and its official website (https://finmin.gov.in/). Following the conclusion of the budget speech, the full budget document will be accessible on both Android and Apple OS platforms. Additionally, it will be available in both English and Hindi on the "Union Budget Mobile App."

This budget presentation follows the formation of the government at the Centre for the third time under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. Since 2014, twelve budgets have been presented by the Modi government, with this upcoming budget marking the thirteenth. The Union Budget for FY 2024-25 is anticipated to outline key fiscal policies and allocations, addressing economic growth, infrastructure development, and various social programs.
