Delhi Excise Scam: Manish Sisodia's judicial custody extended till July 15

New Delhi, July 06 (HS). Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of Delhi Excise Scam accused and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the CBI case till July 15. Special Judge Kaveri Baveja ordered the extension of judicial custody.

Manish Sisodia's judicial custody was ending today, after which he was produced in the court. In this case, the Supreme Court has granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party's Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is in judicial custody in this case. On March 21, after Arvind Kejriwal did not get protection from arrest from the Delhi High Court, the ED arrested him after questioning late in the evening.i

He said that this is the same day when the world marked the first successful administration of the rabies vaccine by Louis Pasteur. He said that we should work together to prevent the spread of zoonotic diseases and ensure a safe, healthy environment for both humans and animals.
