Modi's Sholay Twist: Attacking RaGa for 'moral victory' in LS polls

New Delhi, 2 July (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi blasted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday for his moral triumph in the Lok Sabha elections, referring to him as a youngster who is pleased with his performance.

In response to a Motion of Thanks on the President's address in the Lok Sabha, the Prime Minister twisted a Bollywood classic movie to bash the Leader of the Opposition.

?A young child has pulled out his cycle, and if he falls, he will cry. An elder appears and declares that you have not fallen. It's merely an ant that has perished. The adult just sought to deflect the attention of the child. This is being done right now," he stated.
