Four members of family die of suffocation in fire in Delhi

New Delhi, June 25 (HS): Four members including a couple died of suffocation in a fire that broke out in a house in Prem Nagar area of Najafgarh in Dwarka district late on Monday night. Initial investigation has revealed that the fire started due to a short circuit in the inverter. At the time of the incident, the family members were sleeping on the first floor.

After receiving the information, the fire brigade personnel who reached the spot took out all the family members in an unconscious state and admitted them to a nearby hospital. All four were declared dead there. The deceased have been identified as Heera Singh, his wife Neetu Singh, son Robin and Lakshya.
