Gujarat Chief Minister Inaugurates Hanuman Yatra in Celebration of Hanuman Janmotsav

Gujarat, India – Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel marked the beginning of the Hanuman Yatra on Wednesday morning by flagging off the procession at the renowned Camp Hanuman Mandir in the metropolis. The yatra, organized by the Hanuman Mandir Camp Trust, is held in honor of Hanuman Janmotsav on April 6 and is a significant event for the local residents.

The festive procession started at Shahibagh Camp Hanuman Temple and passed through various parts of the city, including Shahibagh, Wadj, Usmanpura, Ashram Road, Paldi Chandranagar, before reaching the Vasna Vayu Devta Temple. After offering food at the Vayu Devta Temple, the yatra continued through Dharnidhar, Manekbagh, Nehru Nagar, Panjrapol Char Rasta, Vijay Char Rasta, Usmanpura, and RTO Subhash Bridge before arriving back at Nij Mandir in the evening.

The Hanuman Yatra featured beautifully decorated trucks and various artistic tableaux, drawing the attention of attendees. Among those present at the flagging off ceremony were the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Army, Naroda MLA Payal Kukrani, Maninagar MLA Amulbhai Bhatt, several councilors, and a large number of devotees.
