NTPC Secures Third Position in ATD BEST Award 2024

New Delhi - NTPC Limited, a public sector power company, has achieved global recognition by securing the third rank in the ATD BEST Awards 2024. This accolade marks NTPC as the only public sector undertaking to receive the award seven times in the past eight years, underscoring its commitment to talent development.

In a statement released on Wednesday, the Power Ministry highlighted NTPC's accomplishment as the highest ranking among all Indian companies. Rachna Singh Bhal, CGM of Strategic Human Resource and Talent Management at NTPC, accepted the award at a ceremony held in New Orleans, USA, on May 21.
