The Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board had canceled the competitive written examination for Junior Clerk (Administration/Accounts) due to unforeseen reasons. The exam was scheduled to be held in 36 examination centers in Bharuch district, with 11,400 candidates set to appear.
After the cancellation of the exam, the board ordered the destruction of the sealed boxes of question papers and OMR at the district level. Today, in the presence of District Development Officer PR Joshi and Deputy District Development Officer AV Dangi, the question papers and OMR were destroyed at the District Panchayat in Bharuch. Staff from the administrative branch of the Zilla Panchayat were also present.
