Deepak Khare's actions were driven by frustration over his unpaid salary. In an attempt to recover his dues, he broke the glass of the office window and stole a dish machine and laptop. When Vijay More contacted Deepak regarding the stolen goods, Deepak responded by demanding his outstanding salary in exchange for returning the items.
