The incident involved Vijay More, the owner of The Clean Crew company, whose office is located in the eSpace Complex. The employee, identified as Deepak Khare, took matters into his own hands after his salary payment was delayed.
Deepak Khare's actions were driven by frustration over his unpaid salary. In an attempt to recover his dues, he broke the glass of the office window and stole a dish machine and laptop. When Vijay More contacted Deepak regarding the stolen goods, Deepak responded by demanding his outstanding salary in exchange for returning the items.
The situation escalated, leading Vijay More to file a complaint against Deepak Khare at the Althan police station. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of resolving salary disputes through legal and appropriate channels.
