In a fortunate turn of events, the life of a lion was spared on the Rajula-Pipavav railway track in Junagadh district, Gujarat, thanks to the quick response of a vigilant loco pilot. The incident occurred when the lion was crossing the railway track, oblivious to an approaching goods train.

The alert loco pilot spotted the lion and immediately applied the emergency brake, bringing the train to a halt just in time to avoid a tragic collision. The lion safely crossed the track, unharmed, due to the prompt action of the loco pilot.
